Diets!

So, you don't know what to do?- Six easy quick steps for going into spring diets:

Don't eat anything after seven pm, till seven am in the morning or later, that way you will be burning calories of your own body mass 12 h.
Check the calories in everything! don't trust "light", "diet" or "fat free" labels. Try not to eat more than 1300 calories in a day.
Buy clothes that are small on you... thats a trigger to getting thin!
Walk. Do some exercise. When you are sitting, laying around, doing nothing, think: one step walking, one step closer to being thin.
Dont go into the kitchen, if you are hungry, that means you are burning fat, try to eat as slowly as possible, drinking water every few bites.
Drink red tea, green tea, diet coke or pepsi... anything that makes you happy that doesnt have calories. Before opening the fridge think: one bite less, one step closer to looking like Adriana Lima.

1. MAKE IT LONG!

A couple of years ago, the most popular hairstyles were around shoulder length, and almost everyone on television and in magazines had hair within a few inches of that length. Since that time, hairstyles have gradually gotten longer. As a large number of television and movie celebrities have allowed their hair to grow, their fans have done the same.

2. Razor Haircuts

Razor cutting is a technique that slips into and out of fashion often. At times, the entire haircut is created using the straight razor, while at other times the razor is used only as a texturing tool. The result is a softer, more sculptured style than is usually achieved with shears. In the last year, razor cuts have become more and more popular, especially in long-layered styles, where the soft layers created make for a romantic effect.

Not long ago I went to South Beach Miami with my sister, we went to a really cool place: Nikki Beach, Nikki Beach is "The sexiest place on earth". Its a place where the hip people hang out!

I loved it, the ambient is so chill out... it was very nice. After that we went to the beach, which is only steps away, and I saw this very funny situation, which is what lead me to write today:

I see two very hot guys playing frisbee at the beach...ok... casual situation, and they are very, very into it. So this girl comes up, with no sunglasses on (so there was no possible way she could see the frisbee), a very demodé bikini, and her hair, like she hadn't washed it for more than two weeks, in a very funky bun... and starts flirting with the boys...

I was listening to my iPod when I saw this, and believe me I was so entertained with this whole situation that I turned off the music and paid full attention to all of her errors.

So the girl tries to get the boys to let her play frisbee, they are very polite so they start to play with her... OK! she didnt even get it once. Not even ONCE. The boys where starting to be annoyed, and she got on the way more than three times, in the end, the guys tried to push her out of the way, it was very embarrasing for her I guess...

So this lead me to write a few basics, that have never failed me.

BEACH FLIRTING 101

- Check out the guys around you as soon as you lay your towel, look around, see if they brought girls or if they are alone, see what type of guys they are, beach bums, after party wasted..., sporty, surfers...

-If you see the one you like, look at him, speak with the eyes!!, first time you look, look otherways as soon as you make eyecontact. Second time, hold eyecontact and then try to pretend you were never looking that way on purpose, third time, sustain it for a long time, see how he reacts.

-Try to look pretty... sexy, its easy to look sexy in the beach, dont make weird movements, and leave your hair loose to the wind, also, if you use tanning oil instead of normal sunscreen, you'll get tanner and shinnier!, and guys like shinny stuff!!

-Wear a bikini that suits you well. Not too tight, please be sure it doesn't make the roll up effect on the waist, and pick a color that you like, dont be afraid of picking bright colors, because its a bathing suit, its not casual wear!

-If you dont feel confident in your bikini, or would like to try something else, or to cover stuff... try skirts, or boarding shorts!!, they look good, and funky!, over the bikini you can find a lot of cute tees to wear, making a more californian beach look!, try!

-If you get to talk to the guy you liked, dont say you know how to do things, you really dont know!, you dont need to be a pro athlete to get guys, instead, try for them to teach you!! Dont pretend it makes you give a bad image.

-Overall, be safe, and play, have fun!!

Another MUST for Summer, and for the rest of the year, its a good concealer, ask the beauty consultant of the store to try it on YOU! It should be one tone lighter than your skin, and should cover all your beauty marks and redness...undereye circles...everything... leaving you beautiful baby skin!

My Picks:

1. Lancôme Palette Mix, they have it in two skin tones, it carries three different concealers so you can blend them into the perfect tone that matches your skin, no matter what you have to cover.

2. MAC select cover-up: liquid camouflage for the skin. Texture-free, virtually invisible. Comes in a tube. Blends in. Brightens and lightens dark areas, erases spots, evens-out skin tones. Makes skin flaw-free. They carry it in 18 different tones.

The Summer Look:

How To:

a. Wash your face and apply a fast absorbing moisturizing lotion.
b. With the concealer aplied on the tips of your fingers, put small quantities of concealer on the face's beauty marks, redness, sun spots, pimples... and everything you need to cover.
c. When you have finished applying the concealer, put on some bronzing powder, putting more in places like the cheeks, the nose, and the chin, and some like eyeshadow.

d. Put on some red or bubllegum pink blush.

d. For eyes, apply the bronzing powder, and to give it a more sleek look, apply some white eyeshadow in the inside of the eye.
e. Put on a lot of mascara, use waterproof one if you are going into the water.
f. For the lips, apply Carmex and then some lipgloss.

g. Voilà! A very natural look, but, also very glamourous!!
